Nothing. Now they are trying to get people to get the brake fluid changed in a one year old car despite Honda recommending 3 years. You cannot trust them to be honest. They have never responded to a complaint or criticism. Even when they have absolutely screwed something up there is no admission of responsibility. I guess the blame is mine. I have been coming back. Only because I want my car to stay Honda. I will be changing dealerships soon enough when I am off to my home upstate.
Middletown Honda gave me 100% better service than Morehead Honda did. If you want your car to be in good hands then bring it here! Good, respectful and professional people at Middletown Honda. Chris Burbos was a very good service advisor.
