I recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV from this establishment. With the kind help of Marc Weber, it was an easy process. His service was personable, honest and so very helpful. I felt as if he were a family member assisting me! His knowledge of the vehicles along with his patience and sincere listening skills made me feel at home there as I found the perfect vehicle for my family of four.
RecommendedI had a great experience buying my first car at Middletown Honda. Bought a pre-owned CRV and I am very happy with it. All of the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Mark Weber even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up the car.
Worst service department I have ever been to! Today it took me 30 minutes to just pick up my vehicle. In June I was told my vehicle failed inspection due to a hole in my timing belt(since when is a timing belt part of an inspection). Had timing belt changed at a different shop and SURPRISE no hole to be found. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I may only return for warranty to work. Btw one star is being generous!
Buyer's Beware.......Honda's are great vehicles but advise looking at another dealership before purchasing or trading.
