My experience with Middleton Health Centre has been very positive. I am not even registered myself here but rang for help in a very difficult situation. The receptionist I spoke to, who I believe is called Steph, was so helpful, kind and concerned and did all she could to support me. She gave me time and, in consultation with other staff, made suggestions about possible options. I cannot thank everyone involved enough.
Update: IF YOU CHANGE DOCTORS THEY WILL TAKE YOU OFF LIST AUTOMATICALLY AND CANCEL AND OUTSTANDING APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PROPERLY INFORMING YOU. THEY SAID I COULD STILL HAVE MY APPOINTMENTS BUT WILL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER SURGERY BECAUSE I MOVED HOUSE. And that didn’t happen - they just cancelled. yes it's very poor service and they haven't been updating my records in accordance with hospital updates ragrding my inhalers. Tried ringing at 5.05 says it shuts at 6.30 stayed on hold for over 20 mins and then hung up very bad service
