there service department is a scam. they tried to tell me I needed repairs and new parts that I did not need then when proven wrong they refused to acknowledge the mistake.
Service department is a scam! When confronted with evidence that they lied about needing a new motor for my brothers Ford Escape, they would not admit they made a mistake and have done same thing before! I wouldn't spend one penny at this Ford dealership! Manager and staff are no better!

I used the QuickLane and Kyle was excellent. Very professional, explained all the work that was done. The waiting area is comfortable. I am happy with the service I received and as customers we shouldn't be surprised about excellent customer service but Kyle goes above and beyond and I saw how he treated all customers. Really appreciate it.
Extremely happy with the service Department! I bring my truck in once a year for a full detail. Comes out looking brand new. Inside, outside, the buff and wax, carpet, bed of truck, wheels, everything! My truck comes back from Montana not looking like my truck anymore, until I get it back from detailing. I had made the decision to replace my 2013 F-250 Super Duty. I worked with David James and he was terrific! I ordered a new 2019 F-250 Super Duty and couldn't be more pleased with it. Middleton Ford was Great to work with. They gave me a very fair price for my 2013 F-250, provided me a rental car while I waited for my new truck and when it arrived did a wonderful job in going through all the vehicles operations. I would recommend Middleton Ford in a Heartbeat to anyone. Good people, Good service - Good Dealership!
The people are very friendly, and it's great when you can actually get an appointment. Often turned away because they're too busy. I work out of town; therefore, I can't leave my vehicle there and use the shuttle during the daytime during the week. And forget about the weekend, you'll have to wait 2-3 hours for service.
Middleton Ford does a great job in customer service and in the actual work of keeping my C-Max energie happy. By the way, I love this car. It’s perfect for me, a great fit. I like sitting up high and getting 17 miles before the electric switches to hybrid mode. My electric bill has not gone up since I started plugging in. Amazing! The storage is perfect for me, the seats fold down if I have long items to haul. One thing I don’t like is if I put groceries in the back I have to be careful when I open the hatch door after.
