Hats off to the crew at Middleton Ford. Eric helped us with our purchase of our new to us car. We made several stops at other dealers and the car we finally bought and the care they took to make sure it was in excellent condition spoke volumes to us. You could tell how much time they spent making sure everything was right before they put the car out for sale. After having bad experiences at Jeep dealerships in the area and learning that Middleton Ford services all makes and models, I won't take my Jeep anywhere else. I never feel like the service department is trying to swindle me and they do phenomenal work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed. I've always been a Jeep girl, but after the positive interactions I've had at Middleton Ford, I would consider buying my next car from them.

This place has the best service department in town! Everyone is friendly and attentive. The quicklane is quick and if I have an appointment they treat me like royalty. I even went in with a tail light that was out in my Focus and they fixed it free of charge. I have never had that happen at a quicklube before. There Management staff is accessible and easy to talk with. Nice place and a great team! Thanks Middleton Ford!!
