ruined my transmission when i had them do a transmission service(routine) on my vehicle, and wouldnt stand behind their mistake and they were the only ones who serviced my vehicle since i bought it there, needless to say they lost all my business, in both Sales and Service

AHHHHH, where is my car!!!! Three weeks i have called in to check on the status of my Ford Taurus X 2008, and every time i call I get "Oh it will be done by the end of the week..," So its the end of the week again for the third time and now I get, "Sorry its not done, Monday". I am a patient man and most anyone I know will tell you this but this is getting out of hand. FINISH MY GOD DAMN CAR
