Recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Middleton and am over all very happy with the experience. There was a miscommunication within the deal that I was originally un happy about but the GM, Chuck, promptly called me to completely take care of the of issue. I worked with Ernest to purchase a used Ford Edge and it was a great experience. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process - I never felt pressured or anything of the like. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. It certainly made me happy that I went with Middleton Ford.
I just bought my 2016 Ford Edge from Middleton Ford. They have very helpful and friendly salespeople. We worked with Steve and he is wonderful! He was so prompt and efficient and a super guy to boot :) The service department seems great and they even have a shuttle option to get to work when your vehicle is being serviced. I'll be looking to Middleton Ford for my future Ford purchases!
1 star is honestly more than this place deserves. These guys (Rick and his "managers") are not good with customers. Luckily their unwillingness to negotiate on my trade in price and new vehicle price led me to a dealer that would. I had 2 other offers from local dealers on my trade in, and Middleton ford refused to match. I will never come here again for ANY reason what so ever.
