Ernest was awesome to work with when I bought my Ford Focus. The service department has been exceptional is working through the factory kinks in my 2014 transmission. Plus the fresh cookies while you wait for your oil change sure don't hurt! Thank you Middleton Ford!
We recently purchased a vehicle here, Mick, our salesman was absolutely wonderful! He was very genuine, honest and not pushy at all. Horrible service after an accident! took them a week just to figure out how to get it in the work bay. Hello..motorized hand cart. tow truck haha! that took a week to figure out. and then a month to fix a tie rod? Hello..let's stick it to the insurance company ! When called the mgr of service thought the car was done over a week earlier. Hello...who is running this place? Stay away..far away from here. Note..we have 5 Ford vehicles.
