We travel a lot, often having to get regular service on our vehicles when “on the road.” We’ve taken our vehicles to Middleton Ford several times when visiting relatives in the Madison area, knowing we can trust them to provide fast, efficient, and thorough service to get us safely home, 3200 km away.
The whole staff in the service department is very helpful and friendly, especially Jake in the main service department & Breeanna in the Quick Lube department.
Their salesmen are friendly and their service department does a great job
I’m still here so far so good
bought a brand new 2019 Expolorer, no follow up after the sale as promised. 1 month into driving it, took it to a car wash and ladder rack blew off. Called Middleton Ford and receptionist cut me off rudely, then James in Service was rude stating over and over "well i have never heard of this happening" like i was making it up. Wish now I would have taken the same amount of time to go to Countryside in Columbus.
