Just picked up my truck from the dealer after getting my broken exhaust manifold replaced and found 3 problems so far. 1. One of the coolant fittings on the turbo is leaking like a sieve(see video) 2. On the manifold where there should be an exhaust manifold stud is a regular hex head bolt that’s about 1/8” from even being tight. (See picture) 3. Both of the factory skid plates are missing!!!
Derek Wheeler helped me with my recent purchase a new Escape. Great experience from start to finish. He helped me find a model with all of the features I was looking for, answering my questions along the way. He made sure I was familiar with the new car and followed up to be sure I was happy with the purchase. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Middleton Ford and we will continue to go back for maintenance, service, and future purchases.
Great experience, will definitely recommend Middleton Ford. Geoff B went above and beyond as a salesman - he even texted me on his day off to make sure everything was lined up for me to take my new Mustang GT just in time for a weekend road trip. I also met GM/Owner Chuck, who showed me around and told me about the Ford Performance scene that is present at this dealership. The experience felt thorough and accommodating, never pushy or seedy. 10/10!

TL:DR -> Excellent customer service here. I have a 2017 Mustang GT/CS and have done some fairly significant modifications. I brought my car to the Middleton Ford service department to get some suspension upgrades. Sean was my excellent service advisor. He helped me buy the parts I wanted (at a discount since it was through the dealership) and set up the appointment to do the work. I have always had great service and assistance from Bre in Quick Lane. She has helped me navigate warranties with some tire issues and always friendly. Shawn in service has been helpful with keeping me informed on progress during some repairs and making sure to get me in a loaner vehicle when things went a little longer than anticipated.
I've had a dream of owning my own F150. I've loved Fords since I was a kid. I came to Middleton Ford with high hopes because they had my dream truck.
