My brother took his puppy into this vets on Monday night to be sent home Monday night with them saying the puppy has gastritis, the puppy’s condition worsened the next day to be told the puppy actually has parvo on the Tuesday. If they had kept that puppy in Monday night and tested for it maybe the outcome could of been different with the symptoms treated the Monday night instead of being sent home to come back the next day on the Tuesday. Just phoned Middlesbrough PDSA, refused to treat my 20 year old cat. She is now in agony, dying of kidney failure. I phoned you because you are my only option. Thanks for torturing my cat, much appreciated.
Very helpful to have an affordable place to take sick animals but be prepared for long waits
