I had my car serviced and power steering fluid changed. The service was quicker than anticipated and they very friendly.

I got a recall notice from Ford for my CPV and to get my powertrain control module calibrated on my 2012 Fusion. Even though I didn't purchase from them, they were right on it, got it done in a timely manner and were as friendly as could be! Thanks to the guys in the Service Dept!
Worst customer service I ever experienced. Since my car was not purchased through them I was told I was not a priority!! I explained I had purchased prior to moving to the magic valley, that was not good enough to get my vehicle in for a service warranty repair. This was after 5 attempts to get in for service. Once I did get it in they could not identify the problem, everyone on the street could hear it. So I was sent on my way with nothing being done. DO NOT BUY FROM MIDDLEKAUFF!!! They are absolutely terrible, they sold a lemon... I've only had the car for 2 weeks, found problem after problem and I have to drive my 11th month back and forth everyday and I'm scared of driving it now. They are making every excuse in the book to not fix it, telling you they don't have the equipment or they don't have the time, refusing to answer my phone calls and they never get back with you when you leave them a message, they are the worst dealership I had the unfortunate pleasure of deal... read more
