Very upset. To error is human. I get that. I happen to be one. Love my Ford Escape. It's the Service center that I am upset with. Had my oil changed and they didn't put the oil cap back on. Human error, I understand but now I have to drive a 30 miles trip to get the oil topped off ( Service man assured me that it will be safe) plus probably a good 2 to 3 hours of my time. There are some truly great people that work here! We were first time car buyers (at least from a Dealership) Rainer in the financial department specifically was amazing, explained everything to us was patient with all our questions. Then had the oil changed for the first time last month and the people in the service department went about and beyond! Won't go anywhere else to buy!
I haven't bought from you guys but I just drove by while cars were being unloaded and the driver almost hit us and then he floored the truck through the parking lot. My family was in the car.
I could not be happier with the service and help that I received from Matt when I purchased my 2015 F350 Platinum. He honestly saved me thousands of dollars!!
