Honest, reliable service. Not one of the typical dealerships to pad the bill. Because of this, no one touches our vehicles except these guys. Will be a repeat customer as long as they stay the same!

My radio in my Explorer had issues, called and discussed it, they said to come right in. We did, they reprogrammed, tested and off we went. That was Sat Jan 28....very pleased. On Monday, took it in for wash and clean, my salesman Bo gave me a loaner for afternoon. Picked my car up after work..they had it ready, running, and warm..thank you Bo and service staff...looks new again. Awesome
They were very fast and friendly. They told me what needed to be done for service on my car and had me on the road again in a short amount of time. I go to Middlekauf whether I can to have repairs or service done. They always do things right on my vehicles.
A quick call and I can almost always get in promptly for an oil change/ maintenance check! They're always pleasant and polite and go over the details with me! Thank you!
