Horrible customer service! I highly and strongly recommend never buying from this place!!!! Julie Hamblin is horrible and only out for a sale. We drove over 2 hrs one way to buy a truck from her and she didn’t tell us how badly beat up this truck was. Never ever buy from here or her!
Absolutely horrible customer service! I had an APPOINTMENT at 8am, 4 hrs warranty work & I told them I would have a friend take me to work & I’d pick it up at 3. That’s plenty of time, 7 hrs! I show up at 3:15pm, 7 hrs later & they hadn’t even STARTED the work nor ordered my parts! This is ridiculous!
RecommendedGreat group of managers that understand circumstances. They helped me with a situation that someone who was borrowing their vehicle doing wrong things in their vehicle. Thank you guys for all the help.

Such a great experience, Eric, Mark and Jeff provided exceptional experience for my hubby and I.
Lie about mechanic hours just to not help. Front desk said that the mechanics leave at 6, and when i went again a few days later all of a sudden “our guys leave at 5 you’re gonna have to come back tomorrow” don’t waste your time here.
I like the people in there they are really friendly I'll be buying my nest vehicle with them. Ty for letting me wen those tickets to the races to night had lots of fun.
If you want to know pm me personally. Just bought a 2015 Lincoln MKX, bad purchasing experience, misrepresented sticker amenities offered and dealership not doing anything about it, lost our cashiers check of $20,000, functions in car not working. Want to buy a car at Twin Falls Middlekauff I suggest taking a lawyer to make sure you get what you are paying for before you sign on the dotted line. Want to know more pm me.
