Being honest would be a good start on improving, especially when it comes to buying a vehicle that is going to cost the customer more than 10,000 dollars. Willingness to work with an upset customer to resolve the issue instead of just going along with canceling out the contract entirely would be another great way to handle things. While travelling through from Arizona to Montana, we had our check engine light come on. The dealership was quick to diagnose and get us fixed up and back on the road! Crisis averted!
Had an excellent experience trading in my F350 SRW for a newer F350 dually. Ricky was my sales advisor and helped get me in and out in about two hours. Rick, the Finance Manager, was cheerful and funny and made the paperwork as painless as possible :). Before I left he helped me set up my FordPass app and connect my phone to my truck. He also took time to walk me through all the feature. He was clear, honest, and I drove my dream truck home! Thanks guys!

I’m surprisingly particular about my vehicle purchases and coming from SW Washington to buy a car was very daunting, but Ricky Rojas and the finance manager made the buying of this new to me Jeep VERY easy. Ricky and I did 99% of the negotiation via text and albeit for a small issue with an option I want added (which they reimbursed me for quickly) it was totally painless. Who knows....even though I’m 500 miles away I might keep looking there for more cars for my family when they hit driving age.
Called in explained what was going to the Service Dept. asked if there was any charges they said no. Took in my new EcoBoost that's "still under warranty"! Said it's a misfire due to spark plugs! Overall total 800$ warranty doesn't help with a thing! I understand the normal wear and tear isn't covered but then, it's another 150$ service charge to hook up there Diagnostic test. Called everyone else it will cost me about 350$ with no excess charges! 600$ more than every other place!
