This time last week we carried our doggie Freckles to the vet thinking this would be that horrible day. Dr. Ade said don't give up we can help her. Still hard to believe that she was unable to stand and today she will be walking in to her appointment. Thanks Middle Valley Animal for all you do.
Everyone from the beginning of the receptionist area to the doctors all the way to boarding and grooming are amazing the dogs love going there they're always happy when we pick them up they do an excellent job we love love Middle Valley Animal Hospital we appreciate them so much
We have taken our dogs to Middle Valley for many years. Dr. Hester is our current vet and we absolutely love her! She truly cares not only about the dogs but about the owners. The compassion she showed to my family during the recent passing of our beloved Cooper was unlike any other vet we have seen in the past. Then to receive a card with a handwritten note today was truly touching. I would never go anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about her!
Dr Long is THE BEST. We have been seeing her with our pets for over ten years. We had a collie who needed to be put down due to kidney failure and she was so great about 11 years ago. Also an 18 year old cat. I was right with her as she went to sleep a couple of years ago.
The vet was nice, but she did not give me accurate estimates of how much what she was doing would be. The x-ray showed nothing wrong, but she went ahead and gave her two shots that were about $40 each without telling me until after she did it. The hundred dollar x-ray was 135, the hundred dollar heartworm medicine was around 130, there was an x-ray interpretation fee, among other strange charges that added up to about $400 and nothing was wrong with my dog. I will be going somewhere else.
I would like to show my appreciation to Dr. John Lindsay for his work with us in the brief time we have been in the Chattanooga area. I am extremely protective of Schaffer (my miniature schnauzer) and I feel confident in the care that that Dr. Lindsay provides each visit. It is a blessing to have someone who is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely cares about the well being of my four-legged friend.
