Horrible experience!!! I switched to Middle Valley from Riverview Animal Hospital on the Northshore, because it was closer to my house. This is my second visit to Middle Valley with an appointment time at 10:30am. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby. Finally got into a room, where I waited another 10 minutes. Vet comes in asks me routine questions then out of the room. I wait another hour in the room before walking out. Our sweet Tyson was not doing well and needed vet attention. Our primary vet did not return our call so I turned to Middle Valley Animal Hospital. From the moment I called, they were amazing. They worked us in a full schedule and was able to let us wait until my husband got home from working out of town to see a doctor. Dr. Long and Dr. Hester and the nurses have been so great taking care my dog. He had emergency surgery and they were taking a great care of him. Thank you don't seems enough. Just love those people there. Thank you so much !
The doctors and staff are amazing! They truly care about you and your pet. They were incredible when my dog had to stay under their constant care for several days, allowing me to visit him when they weren't busy treating animals and providing frequent updates.
I am very happy with this veterinary office. They take care of our animals and are compassionate and good at what they do. The prices are very reasonable and I feel like my animals are in good hands there! We love Dr. Hester but we really like all the vets we have seen!
