As a 70 year old international hockey player - my biggest issue is getting fit and then staying injury free. Duncan at Midas Physiotherapy has worked his miracles and I'm off to the World Cup in Cape Town in the best condition I have been in years.
Duncan at Midas is brilliant. Kind, empathetic and highly skilled. He helped me to recover quickly from a frozen shoulder and is now instrumental in my recovery from knee replacement surgery
