RecommendedThe outpatient team is thoughtful caring and educated. I cant recommend the outpatient dept enough. Heros all.
Terrible service, next to none nursing care, and an I don't care attitude. All that could be improved. Don't ever go to that rehab, especially if you are in bad shape!
When we got word on July 14th that Grandma had fallen at home and broke her hip we were all concerned that she would have to miss out on a trip back home to Utah where she was to be honored with other Utah natives on their service. Terrible case worker that did not take care of our loved one with the correct best interest. Would never ever put a family member here. She did everything she could to make it hard to get a transfer to a skilled care facility for further therapy. The case worker was disrespectful, uneducated in Medicare decisions and tried to tell us her medical opinions that were all incorrect. Very sad that a facility would hire someone to help people at the worst times in their life like this. Never ever would recommend this place to anyo... read more
