They treated me so well when I bought my first truck from them, with patience and understanding since I didn't know anything about trucks at the time. I learned a lot from Randy. When I went back to get an oil change, I found a truck that fit my needs more, and the team at Mid-Valley found a way to get me into it. I really really love my new, perfect F350.
Very helpful, answered all our questions made us feel like they were really happy to help us buy a car. Fantastic car buying experience.

We purchased a new-to-us 2015 ford transit van this evening. We had such an amazing experience with Mid Valley Ford!!! Because we were bringing 5 kids with us, we asked to do the financing before we came in. There was no haggling. The price was the lowest we had found in the area by almost $4,000 and we were in and out in record time! I can't tell you how pleased we were with our experience. When it's time to trade in this van....we will absolutely be back! Thanks again, Randy!

Just bought a 08 f150. Randy was our salesman. He was awesome. Everyone there was super friendly and helped us get a much nicer interest rate and payment then our last experience with a different dealer. I would have to say this is the best customer service and the best experience i have ever had buying a new truck. Thanks guys.

I have never had an introduction to a vehicle that i purchased, new or used. Jeff Davenport and his team changed that and provided something I have never experienced and will never forget! Jeff put us in our vehicle and took us step by step through all of it and then some! Truly won our business for life. We live in Washington state, we took the train down, which was an awesome trip in itself, however Jeff and his team put the icing on it all.
