We really enjoyed buying our 2018 Ford Escape from Mike Baker and the rest of the guys at Mid Valley Ford in Dallas. We went to a couple of other dealers and just couldn't get what we wanted. On a whim we stopped by and meant Mike, and the rest is an enjoyable experience. We will never go anywhere else, you have us as very loyal customers for life.

As a fussy, hard to please Mustang owner who just moved here from the Portland area, I was used to the slick, high pressure sales approaches of big city dealerships. I was hesitant at first to switch to another vehicle, but God saw fit to point us to a larger one, they took my Chevy Sonic (well love ad that) in on a Ford Flex in Tuxedo black, this will be perfect for all the equipment movement for my sound and lighting company! I'm BEYOND disappointed in this store. My family and I have done business with them for over 15 years. I paid over 16k CASH for a vehicle...less than 2 weeks later and my check engine light is throwing 3 codes at me. I understand used cares are sold as is but they were unwilling to assist in any way.
