Excellent service from Randy and Mike. I highly recommend if your looking for a car/truck/ SUV this is the place to go and talk to them. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease and work with you to stay with in your budget. Love, love my Ford Escape.

We had an excellent experience at Mid Valley Ford. They accommodated our request to minimize time at the dealership, treated us fairly, communicated professionally and made us feel valued as customers. Randy and Mike are probably the nicest, most easy car salesmen I have ever worked with! No slimy, greedy, pushy people here! Just a laid back, comfortable feeling! Only complaint is that there is not a large selection of used cars. Otherwise great people, great atmosphere!

Well, to be honest, the service here was absoluetly great. Our friend Gage had some troubles with the Sync feature, but we got the Bluetooth connected! Mike Barber is the best guy to have here at local dealership in Dallas! My mom's so proud of herself that she's going be reading in her car for more than a hour after work! LoL But as I said, they were very busy and they worked hard on-the-clock to give us this new car!! Thank you Mid Valley Ford!!!

Randy lied ! We've brought our truck in 3 times and had to pay 220$ when we were told the problem was going to be fixed! It wasn't! they've jerked us around the whole time... Not happy at all.. They sold us a truck that the brakes and rooters needed to be fixed. Easy. Said they would do them. Then no!! We got gas, floor mats a a new windshield cause the old one had two chips ( one that one conveniently placed under a safety first sticker!)
