Everyone I dealt with at Mid Valley Ford was so very friendly, professional, and made buying my Kia Sorento a GREAT experience. Randy, Gage, Paul and Gary were very helpful and did everything to get me into a Vehicle I would be happy with, and answerd my questions. I have told people about my experience with Mid Valley and My Daughter wants to purchase a vehicle too. We I will be back again!
Our salesman, Randy Peirce, did a great job! He and the company allowed us to take a loaner vehicle overnight to see if it was right for us. When we decided that wasn't the right vehicle, he helped us find a vehicle better suited for our needs. We are very happy with the service we received and very happy about our new vehicle!

I recently bought a Ford Transit Connect van at Mid-Valley Ford. The salesperson, Gage, was very easy to work with, and the experience was a good one. I drove the van home and realized the seats were not going to work well for me. The next day, Gary offered to refer me to someone who could do ergonomic modifications on the seats. We just had that done this week and I am really happy with the results.
