They were great on the first service, charged £90. Second fix, shute removed and belt replaced. Sent it in this year for wheel seized, it came back gears can hardly move, spring underneath isn't connected for the cutting plate, gear plate screws missing and was completely loose! It didn't go in like that, gears were fine, plate was fine. They say its a new issue and want to charge to look at it again, (this fix was £145) to receive back a lawnmower that come out with more issues than it went in with.
