The Member Services & Medical Records Depts., are the worst. Everything is a 10 day wait time! They also place you on hold for extremely long wait periods for basic information that they should have, when their asking you to verify your life, after doing it to get connected. Now, it's with every transfer. I really despise when I have to con tact them by phone.
