Overwhelmingly great customer service experience today. My father had his Covid jab and it has made him slightly vague. His left hearing aid had died. Micro Technology saw him at 1pm the same day. It appeared to be an issue with him not having done the routine cleaning of the device. They were polite, friendly, helpful and had the device up and running on just 10 minutes.
