This man is a computer wizard. My Gaming PC had damage from a power surge and he returned the PC better than he found it in less than two hours. Cannot recommend enough. Will be using his services again in the future.
Brought a pc in yesterday at 2:00pm and at 4:40 he called me telling me it was ready. He closes at 5 and stayed until 5:30 for me. He's absolutely awesome! I will be using him again in the future. 10/10 customer service. Build looks amazing.
Leo is great! I bought a new computer and really messed up trying to transfer my files to the new machine. On top of that my old computer was dying. Leo had to go through many steps but he got me up and running the same day. He also gave me a backup of my new drive. I wish that I had known about him before I started. Microsoft Computers will get any future business that I have.
The guy who works here is fantastic. I was having strange electrical problems with my pc, very tricky to diagnose. The man who works here worked on my computer for an hour or more and didnt charge me a dime. That is unheard of in any type of service. I wish i could remember his name, but he earned a customer for life. Next time i need a high end PC put together, im coming back. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his trade.
I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about this business and its owner!!! He built this PC for my son from the bottom, up! He loves his career and it shows! He kept us updated with photos, has been SO kind, and a year later and everything is working perfectly! The build is BEAUTIFUL, and I can’t believe it took me this long to write this review!!
