I'm one day out from LASIK surgery and I'm already 20/20, and even better up close. It was an amazing surgery! The procedure was honestly really cool to experience. The staff is second to none from beginning to end. Very thorough in the pre surgery appointments and very good at communicating what the procedure entails. I've been in glasses and contacts since middle school, but I don't need them anymore! Thank you Dr. Tekiele and Dr. Diskin!
My husband just got Lasik surgery done on Aug 24, 2017. He was always complaining about his eyes and that he had to wear glasses that never seemed to stay on right while working. What a great job they did and the staff was great in explaining every step they were doing. Thanks Ginger for the help thru our experience. The doctors did an awesome job on the surgery also.
I really love my experiences with Michigan Eye Institute. I,also, love my Doctor, Dr. David Diskin. He is respectful and honest. My appts. I look forward to because everyone I have met have been very nice and concerned about me as a patient.
I have worn glasses for about 20 years. In March I decided to take the plunge and have Lasik surgery. I opted for the all laser procedure as my eyes were terrible. Before surgery I was about -9.5 in both eyes with an 11 click astigmatism. I was seeing 20/20 the day after surgery for the first time in my life! Five months later and I still am seeing 20/20. The staff has been amazing, the surgery was quick and easy, and it was the best decision I have ever made.
Very polite staff and fast they try to keep to the appointment schedule and do a good job 👏

This place is the best! They got my daughter in same day for an eye that was giving her problems. They are kind and courteous. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere!
