My appointment was at 12:45 yesterday, I arrived at 12:20. I was taken to the back waiting area at 12:30 and in the first room with Chris by 12:40. She did the basic read the letter test and dilated my eyes and then took me to another exam room. At 2:00, I walked out having NOT been seen. I was hungry, tired of waiting and had another Doc apt. at 2:30. I will not be going back there where they treat their patients like a heard of cattle. They over schedule and I feel that is the highest form of patient disrespect.
I had lasik surgery done about a month ago and my eyes are perfect!! I loved how nice and friendly the entire staff was and open to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend for everyone to get this surgery done because it was so quick and easy!
Great place the people and Dr & staff very friendly.
The doctors and staff are very good, very professional. However when it came time to select glasses their selection was seriously lacking. As part of a recent medical problem my husband had an eye exam, but when he tried to find a pair of glasses they had no lightweight, flexible frames. Needless to say, we took his prescription and our money to another optical dispenser.
Had LASIK done 5 days ago. The entire staff was very professional. For the first time since 2nd grade I can see without glasses!!! The next day follow up I was able to read some of the 20/15 line and my prescription was horrible (-9 and -10). It's simply amazing. I made the choice to use MEI because they have a first class staff with the latest technology! Thanks again MEI!!
I have lasik surgery on both eyes on 2-25 and I had a great at overall experience. From all the staff to the doctors involved, I felt very comfortable. My eyes are doing great and look forward for my wife to have this procedure done in March
I think Michigan eye Institute just lost my buisness , my daughter had her eye exam there and got one pair of glasses , then when she got home she wanted to order a second pair in case the first pair breaks ( which normally happens) and in order to get them online you need the measurement of the distance between pupils, she called them This morning and was told it was 25 $ for the information , they took measurement yesterday, REALLY ??
