My friend Angie R had surgery there and had a great experience. The staff was wonderful and has 20/20 vision now. She is very satisfied.
The receptionist and staff were wonderful!. Iwsin and out withn an hour . Dr. Donnelle was very kind and answered all of my questions.
I had LASIK done two days ago and I am VERY satisfied with the results. They have a very professional staff and they answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Diskin put me at ease; he was very considerate and professional. The procedure was quick and smooth, recovery was minimal, and it is so nice to be without contacts for the first time in almost 20 years!! Thank you Dr. Diskin, the techs and the entire staff at Michigan Eye Institute for such a positive experience!
I had the custom lasik surgery and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. The guys in the surgery room were very cool and kept me from getting nervous. It was painless and Dr. Disik was very communicative during the whole procedure. Exceptional staff. I would refer anyone to go to MEI for any type of eye care. :)
Had the custom LASIK done yesterday. Vision is now 20/15. I've had to wear glasses or contacts since elementary school, many years ago. I woke up today and was able to look across the room to see the clock without fumbling for my glasses. Very satisfied with the whole process. Dr Diskin & techs were very vocal throughout the procedure, letting me know what was going on. All the other staff was great, too. Always very satisfied with the care and service I receive. Fast, friendly and thorough.
If you need glasses or any help with vision I would highly recommend not going to Michigan eye institute. Worst experience of my life dealing with a medical office. Three weeks later my seven-year-old son still doesn't have the glasses he cannot see at school is suffering tremendously & there're unwilling to help. The customer service is so subpar it's ridiculous.
