Dr Chu is an amazing surgeon. My mom had a mastectomy and I could not have asked for a better surgeon to handle her care. Her office staff are so kind and efficient; my mother was anxious prior to her surgery and the managed her care with patience and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Chu and her staff to anyone!!!

Dr. Chu did my mom's surgery. She was very attentive, informative and handled my mom with great care during and after surgery. Her staff is wonderful as well.

Everyone I came in contact with, both in person and on the phone, was immediately responsive, pleasant/friendly, comforting and professional. The wait time was almost NONE and when a short wait was involved, they were so apologetic. There was no feeling of being rushed and all my concerns were addressed. I want Jenn to be the MA for ALL my Doctors =) I don't remember everyone's name, but I do remember and appreciate the effort everyone put in to help make a stressful situation much less stressful. 5 Stars, easily!

Dr. Chu and her staff are thoughtful and caring. Diagnosed with breast cancer during the pandemic was stressful. They were able to come up with a plan quickly and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. Could t have gone better! Great bedside manner and followed up consistently to make sure I was ok.

Amazing!! Kind, caring, empathetic, I knew I was in good hands for my breast cancer the second I spoke with Cindy, then meeting Dr. Chu, and speaking with the rest of her staff, confirmed those same feelings. There was no waiting, I met with Dr. Chu within 3 days of diagnosis, had a plan, and surgery scheduled!! Thank you so much for making a scary situation bearable!!!

From the first phone call to schedule my initial appointment, to my most recent appointment for the port removal, Dr. Chu and everyone in her office has been AMAZING! Breast Cancer is stressful & scary enough, so to have such a great team on my side has been incredible. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and caring. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer just as the State of Nevada shut down! I met with Dr. Chu regarding a Lumpectomy and she was so kind and compassionate with a very scared patient! The surgery was a big success with her getting all the Cancer during surgery for which I am so grateful! She followed up with me at one week, one month and six months making sure everything was healing well and if I had any questions or concerns!
