Dr. Chu and her staff are amazing! Dr. Chu took the extra time to listen to me and explain procedures and options! The staff was available to answer questions no matter how simple, and were very friendly when answering the phones and during visits. Thank You all
So thankful I was referred to Dr. Chu. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and truly cares for the well being of her patients.
Dr. Chu was awesome. I heard a lot about her from other physicians. She took out my gallbladder and I couldn’t of been happier with my care that I received from her. I had surgery at 12 noon by 5 o’clock that evening I went to a Basque restaurant in Reno and onto Hamilton. I didn’t get home until 11 o’clock at night. I had very little pain and feel like 1 million bucks. She’s number one in my book. And her team is awesome also. Thanks Deb and the Lexus and Jen.
I am a physician, who found myself in need of the services of a general surgeon. There were cheaper, and faster options for me than Dr. Chu. But I sought her combination of technical skill, experience, dedication, and caring; which has been proven over many years and many, many patients. Dr.Chu and her staff are amazing. She is very understanding and takes the time to explain your procedure to you. I recently had my port removed and needless to say I was scared but Dr. Chu and Lorena explained the procedure to me and it was fast and painless. I didn't feel a thing. I have total confidence in Dr. Chu and I recommend her to anyone needing a surgeon. She definitly gets 5 stars from me. Dr. Chu and Lorena really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and not nervous around them.
Dr. Chu is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient physician. The perfect combination for me. She advocates on your behalf and gets the job done. Her staff have the same attributes so the office is a pleasure to visit even though it may not be for the best circumstances. Dr. Chu is so amazing and all of her staff is incredible. Dr Chu’s team really takes the weight of your diagnosis off you they take care of everything— from scheduling all your appointments whether it’s lab test, procedures, or your surgery. Dr. Chu is so knowledgeable and caring and explains and answers all your questions so that you understand your diagnosis. Even if you ask the same question many times ??. I highly recommend Dr. Chu and her team and am so grateful she is my doctor as I fight the good fight
