Dr. Chu provides excellent information while truly listening to questions and giving articulate answers. She’s a person who demands the very best from herself in order to help her patients. I feel so blessed to have been referred to her. My surgery and recovery were amazingly easy on me and problem free. I also want to give a shout out to her helpful, positive and friendly office staff!
Dr. Chu is very caring and thorough. Her office staff and nurses are the best, kind, comforting and knowledgeable. They have made this process a little easier to walk through and are there for you every step. You would be blessed to have Dr. Chu and her staff taking care of your needs.
After my first visit, I felt comfortable and confident in the surgical plan laid out by Dr. Chu.
Dr. Chu was recommended by my primary care physician and I'm so happy that she did. From the consult to surgery to the after care. It's been top notch. Kudos also to the staff in the office, Debra, Alexis, Jennifer and Monica.
Dr. Chu is an excellent surgeon. She carefully explained my need for surgery on a breast growth that had a benign biopsy. Without removal, there is no way to know if it is fully benign. It is obvious that Dr. Chu is a perfectionist and a highly skilled surgeon. I would not hesitate to return to her should I need any further surgery in future.
During my initial visit to Dr. Chu’s office, Jennifer presented me with a coffee gift card and apologized for the extended wait. The wait was the least of my worries! The coffee gift card was an appreciated, meaningful gesture representing the respect they had for my time. After Dr. Chu arrived, she spent time explaining my surgical procedure and asked for my feedback. Dr Chu and her staff are very easy to work with. Dr Chu explains very well what would be involved in the procedure and answers our questions and concerns truthfully and professionally. Everything went smoothly and the recovery was speedy. Dr Chu made a tough situation for me easier to confront and get through!
Dr. Chu is a fantastic Dr. She explains things in detail, listens to your concerns, and takes the time to answer questions. The office staff is fabulous. The office is welcoming and calming. I feel lucky to have Dr. Chu while going through this journey. I highly recommend Dr. Chu.
