It was great considering the situation(cancer diagnosis). Dr Chu and staff were very professional and friendly all the way through! In fact, I will miss seeing them
Dr. Chu and staff are very caring. I was concerned with something that may have been a problem and Deborah got me in to see Dr. Chu within a week! When I arrived I was immediately taken care of by Alexis with questions and vitals. Then Dr. Chu came in and took her time asking questions about my concerns and then gave me a thorough exam. After the exam Dr. Chu took her time to explain everything I was going through. I never felt rushed and left feeling much better!
My surgery went very good,Dr Chu is very professional and nice,i would highly reccomend her,she is also funny and personable.
Dr. Chu performed my mastectomy on 8/30/2022. I highly recommend her and her office staff. She was caring and easy to understand through the entire process. Her office staff are wonderful and answered all my questions promptly.

I sought treatment in Reno as my town doesn’t have any cancer surgeons. I’m very pleased that I found Dr. Chu. She took the time to discuss reconstruction and/or flat closure after my masectomy. I’m one-week post op and I’m happy with my results. Office staff are always kind and accommodating for appointments, as I travel 3-hours to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Chu and her lovely staff.
Dr. Chu is wonderful. Both my mom and I have both seen her and would recommend her to anyone. She really the best.
From the moment I received the diagnosis, Dr. Chu and her amazing staff coordinated efforts to make this difficult journey into an amazing learning experience. Every contact with the office, from simple scheduling (Alexis is a miracle worker, and Jenn and Lorena answered every question with aplomb, courtesy, and empathy.) to office or telephonic visits, was amazing.
