Avoid. A shocking difference in the information provided at point of viewing compared to when the offer was accepted. Led on with misinformation and various promises of completion dates for a number of months at expense to ourselves. Unwilling to accept any responsibility for this. Tried to press us into withdrawing money out of a LISA on another promise that completion would be soon after (despite the fact no concrete evidence of this and we would incur a penalty if not used within 90 days of withdrawal). Unfortunately did not deal well with Michael Yeo Estate Agents last year, a couple of failed house offers (one pulled from market and another with a terrible survey) - communication just broke down entirely after expressed concerns.
Chris and Steve were very helpful at all times - providing useful guidance & updates on matters when necessary and always very friendly.
