Bought a citreon off them a few weeks ago. Firstly I called them and asked if I could view it, they was pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival no pressure whatsoever, keys handed, and left to own devices to make our own choice. Lots of info on windshield which was also good. We already done our research about the car and it's mot history. Brought a 08 Mondeao 6 weeks ago, had a flat tyrecl which no ine knew nothing about till we pointed it out, despite calling to say we're were onbthexway. Problens and excuses since. Within 2 weeks we were told the air con unit leaked and we needed to replace the 2 back tyres as they were perished, called and told nothing they could fo despite a bew MOT being put on??
