I used MT and Co, particularly Anthony their solicitor and he was great in organising conveyancing. He was very effect and cc’d us in all emails and we were able to exchange and complete in 2 months. My dad used him too.
Used for conveyancing for two auction properties which we purchased. Due to the nature of this, we were up against a tight deadline to complete. Anthony Sacks was very professional and efficient in helping us get the properties over the line in time. Would recommend.
Anthony Sacks cost me over £3,000 in debt due to his lack of efficiency and honesty. He tried to cover up his failings in completing a house sale for me, racked up a years worth of service charge and when asked about he lied through his teeth. Do not use this firm, Mr Sacks should be ashamed of himself.
