Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
