No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

I came to see Dr. Joyce upon a recommendation from a co-worker. I was having pain in the ball of my foot. He told me that it was not a neuroma and that I should see a rheum. for possible rheumatoid arthritis. I met with two rheum. who told me I couldn't handle pain and referred me to a head doctor. I got a referral to Mayo and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Had Dr. Joyce not suggested rheumatoid arthritis, I may have let it go. Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! I went to Dr. Joyce after seeing two other podiatrists. Unlike the other Doctors Dr. Joyce took a long time listening to my concerns. He then initiated a program that has made my ankle problems almost completely disappear. I was told by the doctors I had seen earlier that there was nothing they could do.
