Went to Dr. Joyce for a 2nd opinion. He's a very upbeat guy. He listened to my concerns and what I thought was going on with my foot, looked at previous x-rays, and considered where the 1st cortisone shot was delivered. He advised against the recommended surgery (yay!) and instead gave me a (2nd) cortisone shot in the area he thought would make the difference. It worked! Dr. Joyce is a smart guy, with a good sense of humor. He knows his stuff, I like him. He took time to ask some thoughtful questions when I first brought him my hammertoe, and it's getting much better under his care. The office is easy to find, with ample free parking too.
