From my experience over several years Adam Goldwater and Lorraine Prince are always helpful and quickly respond to questions and requests. They deal with any estate problems rapidly and efficiently.
We rented a flat in Ealing through Michael Richards & Co for over five years, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. From the very first call to view the flat, the team was helpful, professional, and welcoming. My experience as a resident of Brentford Dock is very positive. Sam, Beth and Anurag are the staff that I have had most contact with and are based in the management office. They are efficient, polite and helpful. The same applies to those undertaking cleaning and gardening services on the estate.
Dealing with Alex Whiddett at MR has been very beneficial. Great communication/s and listens to concerns we all have, as residents/owners in a block they manage. In years gone by, we have struggled to get direct and helpful contact/s at a management company, so dealing with Alex has made such a difference. On the ball and easy to deal with.
