My extensive surgical training has allowed me to become a leader in the advancement of Foot and Ankle Surgery. My publications include but are not limited to topics on flatfoot reconstruction, ankle instability, and high arch reconstruction.

Dr Maskill is AMAZING!! The magic he performed on my Dad's foot is unbelievable. If I could post pictures, I would. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is extremely caring and listens. We highly recommend both Dr. Mike & Dr. James.
Dr. Maskill is very thorough in his explanations and makes sure that you understand everything. I never left with questions. I could also call the staff with any question I had, and they were happy to help me. I never felt like I was bothering them.
If you need to see a podiatrist, I would not recommend anybody other than Dr. Maskill. His care and bedside manner is unparalleled. He was friendly and explained everything I asked in great detail, and it was clear from the beginning that he is an expert in his field. Dr Maskill performed a flatfoot reconstruction and my quality of life has greatly improved due to his excellent work. I went from barely being able to walk w/out pain to working out/running 5 days-week w/ no pain.
I HAD LEFT TENDON TRANSFER AND ANKLE LIGAMENT RECONSTRUCTION ON DECEMBER 22, 2015. I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. I HAVE NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. DR MASKILL WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO DURING SURGERY, AFTER SURGERY HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO MY HUSBAND, AND FOLLOWED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AFTER SURGERY. HE WAS VERY ENCOURAGING AND CONCERNED.
I have been a patient of Dr. Maskill's for a few years now. He has done surgery on both of my feet and I am finally pain free! He is a great doctor and his staff is very helpful and friendly.
I went to see Dr. Maskill for my flat feet. I immediately felt comfortable in his office. He was kind and took so much time with me explaining everything in terms I could understand. He answered every single question I had and I trusted that I was in good hands. It has been a year since my surgery, my pain is gone, and ready to get outside and walk pain free for the first time in years!
After having foot pain for quite a few years, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Maskill. He was very thorough in his explanations. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up having a gastrocnemius recession and now I have orthotics and have been pain free ever since. I would highly recommend him!
I've been to Dr. Maskill on numerous occasions. Every occasion him and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained my injuries in ways I could understand and was very open to all my questions. I've gotten a second opinion many times but every time his course of action seemed the most logical - furthermore he is well respected in the community and most doctors said they would agree with Dr. Maskill's course of action.
Dr. Maskill is fantastic! He takes his time to walk you through the process and makes sure you are comfortable with the procedure.
