⭐ Very disappointing service. I was told by a staff member that the sale price would have an additional 20% off. When I returned later the same day to purchase, a different staff member told me there was no additional discount. Two staff members, two completely different answers. This is extremely confusing and unprofessional. I still made the purchase, but I’m very disappointed with the service and the lack of consistent information. Michael Kors

Very disappointing service and inconsistent pricing I first visited the Michael Kors store to look at a men’s wallet as a gift. The youbg sales assistant told me that the wallet was already on sale and that will be an additional 20% off the sale price. I came back later decided to purchase the wallet, but I was assisted by a different staff member. When it came time to pay, I was told that the additional 20% discount did NOT apply. Very Bad Experience – Extremely Disappointed I never expected such poor quality and customer service from a brand like Michael Kors. We bought a pair of shoes at the end of June. My wife wore them for less than two weeks before they started falling apart. Unbelievable quality. Returning them was even worse. We had to wait for an inspection, then return to the store again just to process the refund. Nearly two weeks later, the money still hasn't arrived.
