Amazing customer service with Lulu. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend if you pop in asking for her and she’s by far one of the best within the outlet we had help us.
i bought the purse from them for my wife and my wife want to exchange it they said they can not because it was on sale but when i was buying it they did not told me that it can not be refund poor policy poor management not going to buy any other things from them and they also didn’t provide any dust cover
I was served by Cele a week ago, she was very friendly and helpful. She didnt push me to buy and gave me time to browse. I only wanted to buy one item but ended up buying two due to her great customer service. This is my second great experience! Michael Kors Manawa Bay never fails! Will be coming back!
This is a terrible store. Their machine outside was faulty, and they accused me of taking something from another store without paying. I went back again later, and the machine still didn't work. It felt awful to be falsely accused. I'll never go there again.
