Decided to utilise their valuation week. Filled in all my details, used the drop down calendar to select a day and time, made sure I’d included my phone number as I assumed they would call to confirm. Received an email late the following day asking if I was interested in booking an appointment, I replied saying I was under the impression I had already booked one and was just awaiting confirmation via the phone. Never heard from them again. They obviously don’t need the business.
