Dr. Sailer conducted my tibia plateau surgery in ‘01 - I had a terrible accident (while pregnant with my 2nd child) and the surgery and recovery were super! 18 years later - after no issues - I am seeing Dr Sailer again after a minor tweak following a sporting event. Dr. Sailer is thorough, so experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I know I am on the right path with treatment!
Excellent knowledge along with informing me of all the options for treatment, and recovery time. Dr Sailer is always willing to listen to the patients questions and explain surgery procedures and physical therapy options. I trust and would recommend him to anyone seeking out help with shoulder injuries and looking forward to him helping me out with my knee pain.
Dr. Sailer provided excellent care and delivered a surprisingly successful outcome in repairing my rotator cuff repair. I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries including two knee replacements, each with their own complications, and by far this rotator cuff surgery has been virtually care free. Dr. Sailer and his Proliance team have been professional yet caring and very pleasant to work with. Based on how I feel after 6 weeks, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sailer and his Proliance staff!

Excellent. He's my go-to Doctor for any type of problems that I have within his specialty. He will not hesitate to refer you to another surgeon if he believes it is better for the patient.
I was in so much pain, and felt embarrassed that I was not sure how it happened. In less than a minute after a few question & answers, he knew what was going on with my shoulder and was able to confirm with xrays. Dr Sailers bedside manner was fantastic, he gave me a cortisone shot that I almost didn’t feel, and when I left I felt 100% confident he had resolve my problem. 2 days later I am pain free!
Dr.Sailer made the whole experience way easy than i expected! Good listener and gave very practical suggestions based on your condition - also very data driven and fact based! My shoulder condition that i have been struggling for years is much better now! I feel so renewed! A Doctor you can trust!
