Dr. Sailer was very thorough in his examination and explanation of my condition. He took into consideration the most likely scenario, but also did the lab work to ensure that my situation was not one of the more rare situations so that the proper diagnosis and treatment could be prescribed. Excellent bedside manner and very clear explanations. I felt he took his time to ensure I understood both the diagnosis and the best course of treatment prescribed with explanations of next steps should the initial treatment / prescriptio... read more
He was kind comprehensive, easy to talk to, willing to listen to the questions. Very reassuring.
Very thorough, reassuring and provided great explainations of injury and course of treatment moving forward
Wonderful. Flawless. Dr Sailer was spot on. Turn key. Diagnosed my shoulder issue instantly. X-ray to confirm nothing additional nefarious. X-ray down the hall 3 doors. When I returned Dr was waiting with cortisone shot. Done in 60 seconds. Pain gone next day. Dr Sailer, his staff, front desk, everyone was terrific. Rooms bleached and rotated (Covid precaution) On time. I would and will return for any future shoulder issues in a heartbeat. Thanks!!!
6 week follow-up after total knee surgery
Dr. Sailer is wonderful. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Sailer is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, he’s super kind, caring, and funny. My shoulder had been dislocating backwards for 2 years prior to seeing him and every doctor would tell me it wasn’t or they couldn’t do anything. Dr. Sailer looked at my shoulder once and told me that my labrum was definitely torn and had me in surgery to get it fixed within 3 weeks. One year after surgery, my shoulder is so stable and I can do things I never thought I could. Thanks a million!!
I have been a patient of Dr Sailer for 13 years and have always had stellar care. I wasn’t gifted the best genetics and every time an issue arises the doc tells it to me straight, gives me options, suggestions, listens and ALWAYS makes me know I am in control. It’s my body my choices. I appreciate and respect his approach greatly.
His mission is clearly to address the problem going forward. He listened, answered all questions & explained why. He packed a lot of info into my initial visit!! No need for a 2nd opinion-he is the right dr for the procedure. Looks like my next appt will be to schedule knee replacement...putting that off as long as I can...he said I will know when I need to return
