Michael Hughes is such a great character, I really feel like one of the biggest parts of starting a journey like this is to be comfortable with the therapist, from the get go Michael has been extremely kind, professional (and humorous) throughout, which has made me feel at extreme ease and is exactly what I was looking for. A friend recommended Michael. At first I was sceptical, how could he help a 73yr old woman, who had suffered from anxiety, panic attacks and had difficulty relaxing most of her adult life. I was so wrong, he could and he did! I am extremely grateful to Michael and cannot believe the difference he has made to my life.

Michael Hughes is one of the most impressive individuals I have been lucky to have met in my 48 years. I would go as far as to say he is a genius. I first met Michael 15 years ago when I was struggling with a phobia of blood / needles and injury that had caused panic attacks and fainting since I was three years old.
