Rude & ignorant. I messaged to let them know of a property they are selling brand new roof tile came off as was raining heavy it would have caused damage internally. They did send someone out after I messaged but simply didn’t reply to me, no thanks, no manners, pure ignorance! Update: ironically after I left this review they blamed Facebook and decided to reply. Very unprofessional.
I have used this estate agent for the second time in a year there services are 5 star selling my property within weeks i have recommended there service to freind’s and neighbours who were delighted with there service again selling there property within weeks i have my property to sell and my own apartment i will be using Micheal Hodgson Estate Agent again
