I’ve been a patient of Dr. Goldsmith’s for several years and have found him to be friendly and kind with an engaging manner, he’s a good listener, direct with his comments and willing to answer my questions and share his knowledge and perspective on my inquiries. Not good. Was rushed always. Did not take time to ask questions or even talk about my hand. Huge bills were submitted to insurance. Pushed to schedule PR with their practice. The PT folks did precious little and sent a huge bill. I did not go back.
I always have had utmost confidence in Dr Goldsnith. My recent visit was great. DR Goldsmith answered all my questions in straight forward way.
I have seen Dr. Kitay twice. She is personable and very nice. However, the office is always full; both times I have waited to be seen. And once I have been seen by Dr. Kitay, the appointment has been very rushed and I have not had time to ask all the questions I have. The first time was around the holidays and I could understand her being rushed. 5" of Nothing "I'm only here to look at one joint at a time." (But Doctor both my knees hurt now.) "Come back later [exorbitant fees] and I'll look at the other knee." His PA was the never examined me either. (There is a theme to this office.) He bases your copay on his "notes." Gave (Lol) me a device and then charged me 3 times more than Prime. The ONLY bright spot was the gentleman in their billing department as you check out.
He is a good listener, and takes the time to get to know you and your issues. He is very knowledgeable
I've seen Dr Lou for several years for my knee osteoarthritis. He has performed many steroid injections, synvisc-like injections, and arthroscopic surgery on my knee. When he gives injections, I don't feel any real pain until he's already removed the needle & placed a bandage! His bedside manner is exceptional, & his staff are friendly & efficient. If I need a knee replacement, I pray it happens before he even thinks of retiring!!
